Data Migration Update

There are many files in addition to the main database that need to get moved.
Our engineering team is working hard to get everything moved over as quickly as possible.

During this process, please be as patient as you possible can be. 
If you experience the error message when logging in, please try again after 30 minutes.

Server Update

During the migration of data to our new server you may receive this error message:

"Invalid username and password" 

This is expected as we are moving millions of records that are in the database. If you do receive this message, you may try again to login after 15-30 minutes.

Temporary Server Outage

Hello Valued Customer,


As a result of our tremendous growth and increased software features, we have experienced periodic server interruptions.


Server interruptions are caused when the server encounters more traffic and data requirements than it is designed to handle. This may result in periodic loss of data transmission from the installed application.


If you have experienced any intermittent loss of service or data loss we do apologize. Rest assured that our engineering team is working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.


Currently our team is migrating all data and program files to our new state-of-art Dedicated Server. This Dedicated Server will be able to accommodate the amount of traffic we have been experiencing and much more! 


We expect the migration of all files to be complete by the Sunday, April 14, 2013. In the mean time we extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
